Raspberry Champagne Cake – infused with raspberry and Marc de Champagne syrup, filled with Marc de Champagne Buttercream and a layer of raspberry conserve.

Chocolate Fudge Cake – filled with vanilla bean buttercream and a layer of rich dark chocolate fudge.

Rose & Almond Cake – a moist sponge made with ground almonds and infused with rose syrup, filled with almond and rose buttercream. For extra luxury we can also add Rose Petal Liquer to your cake.

Milk Chocolate & Praline Cake – light chocolate sponge infused with vanilla syrup and filled with a creamy chocolate praline buttercream made with toasted hazelnuts, almonds and pecans.

Madagascan Vanilla Cake – a light sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and a choice of raspberry, strawberry or blackcurrant conserve.

Lime and Coconut Cake – light coconut sponge infused with fresh lime syrup and filled with lime and coconut buttercream.

Zesty Lemon Cake –  infused with fresh lemon syrup,  filled with freshly made lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Rich Dark Chocolate Cake – infused with Madagascan vanilla syrup and filled with Belgian chocolate ganache.

Dark Chocolate and Sour Cherry Cake – infused with kirsch, filled with morello cherry and Belgian chocolate ganache buttercream.

Red Velvet Cake – a velvety sponge made with buttermilk and a hint of cocoa, infused with vanilla syrup and layered with a choice of either vanilla bean or coconut buttercream.

Amaretto and Coffee Cake – light coffee sponge infused with Amaretto Syrup, filled with intensely flavoured coffee buttercream and a layer of rich chocolate ganache.

White Chocolate and Stem Ginger Cake  – infused with ginger syrup, filled with smooth white chocolate ganache butercream.

Carrot Cake – baked with toasted pecan nuts and coconut, lightly spiced with ginger and cinammon, infused with rum and citrus syrup and filled with orange buttercream.

Orange and Sour Cherry Fruit Cake – made with morello cherries, oranges and toasted pecans, infused with Cherry Brandy and filled with orange flavoured marzipan – a delicious and different fruit cake!

These are our most popular flavours but you are, of course, free to suggest other flavours that you adore!

Please note that in order to ensure our iced wedding and celebration cakes have a really smooth finish, each one is coated in a thin layer of chocolate ganache (dark, milk or white) or neutral marzipan before being iced with a very thin layer of unusually delicious Swiss fondant.
