Description
These are large chocolate fudge cake spheres, approximately 3.5″ in diameter, sufficient for 1 or 2 servings each. We make them with cacao, brown sugar and organic cocoa. We then fill each sphere with a delicious fudge centre in a choice of flavours which we make using real fruits, arabica coffee and vanilla extracts. Then we cover each cake sphere with delicious buttercream and a thin layer of our own handmade fondant. We marble our fondant with real fruits and flavourings so each sphere is naturally coloured and amazing tasting!
