Description
These are large chocolate fudge cake cake spheres, approximately 3.5″ in diameter and each weighing an average of 200g. Each cake sphere is enough for 2 servings of 100g each. They are handmade with cacao, brown sugar and organic cocoa. They’re filled with a delicious fudge centre in a choice of flavours made using real fruits, arabica coffee and vanilla extracts. We cover each cake sphere with a thin layer of our own handmade fondant over delicious buttercreams. Our fondant is marbled with real fruits and flavours in natural colours and so every sphere is irresistible!

Your ball cakes will be delicious to eat and are best eaten within 5 days of delivery or you can freeze them for up to 3 months. We recommend keeping your fudge cake spheres in a cool, dry place once opened.
