Portions
The cost of your cake will depend on the size, flavours and fillings that you choose, as well as the number of tiers and the intricacy of your design. Wedding cakes are very work intensive, often take many days to make and need careful construction. You can get an idea of portion sizes from the Portion Guide below. Please note that the portion numbers given are an ordering guide only as portions will vary depending on how your cake is cut.
Wedding Cakes are usually bespoke and as the cost of your cake will vary greatly depending on your chosen design please contact us for an accurate quote. You can get an idea of prices from the guide below. Cake tiers are usually 5/6″ deep with 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling to each tier. We offer a wedding portion size of 1″ x 1″ x 5″. If you want to serve your cake as a dessert you will need to double these portions. As well as bespoke designs you can choose a design from our Wedding Cake Gallery. All our designs can be adjusted to suit your colour scheme and theme as well as your guest numbers.

Flavours & Ingredients
It’s great to be able to offer your guests a choice of different cake flavours and we recommend that you choose at least two different flavours in your cake tiers. You can even choose to mix sweet and savoury tiers if you are choosing a naked wedding cake! If you have particular dietary requirements then please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Design Consultations & Tastings
Choosing your wedding cake should be relaxed and fun! We offer design consultations over Zoom, and FaceTime when we can discuss all aspects of your design, flavours and timings for the day.
Samples by Post
We offer samples by post. Sample boxes are currently on offer for £39.45 to cover the cost of the samples, postage and packaging and each box contains 6 different flavours. Our flavours change regularly but wherever possible we do our best to include flavours on request. Our delicious boxes of samples are delivered via Royal Mail tracked, next day delivery. If you’d like to reserve a sample box then please email us.
Ordering & Reserving Your Date
You can reserve your wedding date with a non-refundable deposit of £100 and then have the peace and assurance to know your wedding date is safe. The balance for your cake will be payable by 4 weeks before your wedding date and we usually send out invoices at around 6 weeks before your wedding. If you prefer to pay by instalments then just ask.
Pricing
Cake tiers are 5/6” deep, though other depths are available on request. Wedding portions are based on 1” x 1” x 5”. If you are having your cake for dessert portions you may wish to serve larger portions and we recommend portions of 1.5″ x 1″ x 5/6″ or 2″ x 1″ x 5/6″ depending on what other accompaniments you choose to serve with your cake. Don’t forget that macarons make a wonderful addition for dessert too!
Please note that prices will vary according to the flavour, size, shape and intricacy of design and use of fresh and sugar flowers which may incur an additional charge. Please feel free to let us know your budget and we can discuss a variety of designs with options for flowers and decorations to suit you as a couple and the style of your wedding celebrations. All our bespoke cakes come with a free Design Consultation over Zoom as well as a design sketch with your quote.

Please note that to achieve a smooth finish and sharp edge, fondant iced cakes have a thin layer of chocolate ganache underneath the outer layer of luxury fondant.

Wedding cupcakes with buttercream swirl from £3.50 each with a minimum order of 12. Fondant designs from £3.95. Mini wedding cupcakes from £1.80 each with a minimum order of 24.

Decorated wedding favour cookies including biscuit place names from £3.50 each with presentation bag and ribbon. Minimum order of 12.

Wedding Cake Pops
Cake pops with clear wrapper and ribbon start from £3.50 each with a minimum order of 12.
Delivery and Set Up
We liaise with your venue to arrange delivery and set up of your cake and can also liaise with your caterers and florist. We assemble your cake tiers at your venue and always ensure your cake is beautifully displayed and ready for your celebrations. For cakes with intricate decorations and flower arrangements, the setting up of tiers can take up to several hours. In this case there may be an additional set up charge of £30. Delivery to your venue is free within a 10-mile radius of our premises. Additional miles are charged at 50p for the round trip. Please contact us for a quote.
Our wedding cakes take many hours to complete and we only accept a limited number of orders in any week. Dates fill up quickly and to avoid disappointment you should reserve your wedding date with us as soon as possible. However, if you are in need of a cake at short notice then please call and we will do our best to help you or we can try and recommend someone else who can.
